The successful candidates will work with clients across the food industry, delivering professional training programs and providing practical food safety consultancy and implementation support.
Job Qualifications and Certifications
Candidates with the following approvals, certifications, or competencies will be preferred:
- Dubai Municipality-approved Food Safety Trainer
- Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC) approved
- TSI Quality Services approved
- Competent and experienced in delivering Person in Charge (PIC) Training
- Competent in delivering Basic Food Hygiene Training
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS)
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct PIC (Person in Charge) and Basic Food Hygiene training for food handlers and food industry personnel.
- Deliver engaging and practical food safety training programs for clients.
- Provide HACCP consultancy and support clients in developing and implementing HACCP systems.
- Assist businesses with the implementation and maintenance of Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS).
- Conduct food safety audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.
- Review food safety practices and identify potential hazards, non-conformities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and review food safety documentation, procedures, records, and compliance systems.
- Provide clients with practical recommendations and corrective action guidance.
- Support clients with the implementation of food safety and hygiene requirements.
- Conduct on-site consultations and assessments at client locations.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and provide ongoing food safety support.
- Stay updated with relevant food safety standards, regulations, auditing requirements, and industry best practices.
Job Qualifications
- Relevant educational background in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Safety, Microbiology, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience in food safety training, consultancy, auditing, quality assurance, or food safety management.
- Junior candidates with relevant food safety knowledge and a strong interest in training and consultancy are encouraged to apply.
- Senior candidates should preferably have 3–5 years of relevant experience in food safety training and/or consultancy.
- Strong working knowledge of HACCP, FSMS, food hygiene, food safety auditing, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, training, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct professional training sessions for diverse groups of food industry employees.
- Ability and willingness to travel to client locations across Dubai and the UAE, as required.
- Valid UAE Driving Licence will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
