Healthy Meal Delivery & Nutrition Services in Dubai is seeking a Dietitian Intern to join its Nutrition & Dietetics team for a six-month internship. This opportunity is suitable for final-year students or recent graduates of accredited Dietetics or Nutrition programs in the UAE, US, UK, Canada, Australia, or EU.
The intern will gain practical experience in an outpatient, wellness-focused environment, supporting evidence-based nutrition counseling, individualized meal planning, client follow-up, group education, and nutrition-related content development under the supervision of a licensed Clinical Dietitian.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct nutritional assessments under the supervision of a licensed Clinical Dietitian, including dietary intake analysis, anthropometric measurements, body composition assessment, and lifestyle evaluations.
- Assist with developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized nutrition plans based on client needs and health goals.
- Support nutrition programs covering weight management, diabetes, cardiovascular health, food intolerances and allergies, gut health, preventive nutrition, and sports nutrition.
- Provide supervised one-to-one nutrition counseling and coaching using appropriate behavior-change techniques, including motivational interviewing.
- Monitor client progress and maintain accurate records of consultations, follow-ups, dietary plans, and client feedback.
- Assist in adjusting nutrition plans based on client progress, adherence, feedback, and relevant health outcomes under professional supervision.
- Support the development and delivery of group nutrition workshops, cooking demonstrations, and corporate wellness sessions.
- Help prepare nutrition education materials, meal plans, presentations, and other client-facing resources.
- Assist with creating educational nutrition and wellness content for social media and other digital platforms.
- Communicate nutrition concepts clearly and appropriately to clients from diverse cultural and dietary backgrounds.
- Maintain professional standards, confidentiality, documentation practices, and applicable nutrition and healthcare procedures.
- Support the day-to-day activities of the Nutrition & Dietetics team and learn the operational aspects of a nutrition and wellness center.

Job Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in the final year of, or recently graduated from, an accredited Dietetics or Nutrition program.
- Academic training should be from a recognized program in the UAE, US, UK, Canada, Australia, or EU, or another recognized Western educational framework.
- Strong foundational knowledge of clinical nutrition, preventive health, and weight management.
- Knowledge of nutrition approaches related to diabetes, cardiovascular health, food intolerances, gut health, and sports nutrition is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate nutrition information in a clear, practical, and client-friendly manner.
- Strong cultural awareness and the ability to consider diverse cultural, religious, and personal dietary preferences.
- Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR), meal planning software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Proficiency in English is required. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are an advantage.

- DHA eligibility is required.
- Good Standing Certificate is required.
- Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Clinical Dietitian and follow professional and organizational procedures.
