A leading multinational company is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Intern to join its Quality team in Dubai. This internship offers fresh graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality assurance, food safety, compliance, manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement.

As part of the structured internship program, the successful candidate will receive functional learning and coaching from experienced Quality professionals while working on real business projects. Projects may focus on quality systems, process standardization, optimization, compliance, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to deliver measurable business impact.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the Quality team in maintaining quality and food safety standards across manufacturing operations.
  • Participate in quality systems and compliance-related activities.
  • Assist with process standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for quality-related initiatives.
  • Contribute to projects designed to improve operational efficiency and quality performance.
  • Work closely with experienced Quality professionals and cross-functional teams.
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and contribute to measurable business outcomes.
  • Prepare and present project findings, recommendations, business impact, and key learnings to relevant stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Follow company procedures, quality requirements, and applicable food safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and demonstrate strong attention to detail.

Job Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate or recent graduate with a degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or another related scientific discipline.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail with a genuine interest in quality and continuous improvement.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Eligibility – Food Tech Internship

Candidates must:

  • Hold a valid UAE residence visa and Emirates ID.
  • Have valid personal medical insurance covering the entire internship period.
  • Hold a valid UAE driver’s license.
  • Be able to independently arrange transportation to and from Jebel Ali / Dubai South.
  • Be available to work on-site for the full internship duration.
  • Be available to start on 1 September 2026 or 15 September 2026.
