Junior Executive – Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA)
Preferred Candidate Locations:
Ernakulam, Cherthala, Alappuzha
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor food safety management systems such as HACCP, GMP, and hygiene standards.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations, internal quality policies, and food safety protocols.
- Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
- Perform quality checks, audits, and documentation to maintain high product standards.
- Identify non-conformities and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate records related to quality control, food safety, and compliance audits.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure consistent product quality.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of mandatory experience in food safety, quality assurance, or food processing industry.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, GHP, and food safety regulations.
- Good analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a factory environment and handle quality-related responsibilities efficiently.
