Internship Details
- Position: Food Tech / Biotech Intern (R&D)
- Location: Bangalore, India (On-site)
- Duration: Minimum 6 months (extendable based on performance)

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in research and development (R&D) activities focused on innovative food products
- Support formulation, product trials, and optimization of food applications
- Work on functional ingredients such as fats, proteins, and plant-based alternatives
- Participate in the development of frozen desserts, bakery products, and plant-based beverages
- Conduct basic lab analysis, documentation, and reporting of trials and results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and innovation pipelines.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Food Technology, Biotechnology, or a related field
- Strong interest in food science, product formulation, and ingredient functionality
- Passion for emerging food trends, including plant-based and alternative products
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and work in a hands-on environment
- Open to relocation to Bangalore for the internship duration
