Food Safety & Hygiene Associate vacancy in Qatar to join quality food and beverage products. To strengthen our compliance, hygiene, and quality programs across outlets in Qatar. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in food safety who are passionate about maintaining the highest standards in food and beverage operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct regular food safety and hygiene inspections across 20+ outlets.
- Monitor compliance with Qatar Municipality regulations, ISO 22000, and internal company policies.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate documentation and audit reports for internal and external reviews.
- Train and support staff on food hygiene practices, HACCP principles, and workplace safety.
- Manage customer feedback related to food safety and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with kitchen, service, and operations teams to uphold quality standards.
Job Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in catering, restaurants, or large-scale food service operations.
- Strong knowledge of food safety laws, Qatar’s municipality compliance, HACCP, and hygiene standards in Qatar.
- ISO 22000 certification (or equivalent food safety management system certification) is required.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to travel and oversee multiple outlets across Qatar.
- Must be locally available in Qatar for immediate joining.
