Quality Controller (QC) – Water & Wastewater Treatment

A leading water treatment company in Dubai is looking for an experienced Quality Controller (QC) to ensure high standards of water quality, process efficiency, and regulatory compliance across multiple project sites in the UAE and the region.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections and testing of water and wastewater samples to ensure compliance with ISO, HACCP, ESMA, and local environmental regulations.
• Monitor treatment processes and verify operational parameters to maintain optimal performance.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with the operations and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory testing equipment and instruments.
• Oversee chemical dosing, filtration, and disinfection processes to meet safety and quality benchmarks as Quality Controller (QC) – Water

• Maintain accurate quality records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Perform site visits across Dubai and other regions to monitor ongoing projects and assess treatment plant performance.
• Provide training and awareness sessions to staff on water quality control and safety protocols.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies during all QC activities.

Job Qualifications – Quality Controller (QC) – Water

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment quality control.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP, and ESMA quality standards.
• Hands-on experience in water testing, microbiological analysis, and chemical analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
