A leading Food Brand is hiring a Quality & Operations Associate to strengthen food safety, hygiene compliance, and operational excellence across a fast-growing network of restaurant partners in India.(Bangalore | Delhi | Mumbai)
This role is designed for individuals who want to work on the ground inside real kitchen environments, not behind a desk reviewing paperwork. You will actively engage with restaurant teams, observe operations firsthand, and help implement practical, sustainable food safety systems across multiple locations.this role focuses on building real operational compliance systems across restaurants, QSR outlets, and cloud kitchen networks. You will work closely with kitchen teams to understand operational challenges and drive on-ground implementation of food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and process consistency.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct food safety and hygiene audits across partner restaurant locations
- Identify gaps in:
- HACCP-based practices
- GMP implementation
- Kitchen hygiene standards
- Storage, handling, and preparation processes
- Work directly with kitchen and operations teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Support the development and strengthening of restaurant compliance systems and SOP execution
- Drive operational consistency across multiple outlets and cities
- Spend significant time in kitchens ensuring real-time improvement, not just documentation
Job Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in food industry or quality assurance roles
- Educational background in:
- Food Technology
- Microbiology
- Biotechnology
- Agriculture
- Life Sciences
- Related science disciplines
- Exposure to or interest in:
- QSR (Quick Service Restaurants)
- Cloud kitchens
- Restaurant operations
- Multi-outlet food service environments
