Food Safety Instructor (PIC Level) wanted at a leading Food Safety Consultant and Training Company in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of food safety systems, HACCP implementation, food hygiene regulations, and training delivery within the food industry. Candidates approved by Dubai Municipality for conducting Basic Food Safety Training (BFST) and Person In Charge (PIC) Certification programs are strongly preferred.

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct Food Safety and PIC Level training sessions for food handlers and supervisors.
- Deliver Dubai Municipality-approved Basic Food Safety Training (BFST).
- Train employees on HACCP principles, GMP, GHP, sanitation, allergen management, and food contamination prevention.
- Prepare training materials, assessments, and practical demonstrations.
- Ensure all training programs comply with Dubai Municipality food safety regulations.
- Evaluate trainee performance and maintain proper training documentation.
- Support companies in enhancing food safety compliance and hygiene awareness.
- Stay updated with UAE food safety laws, HACCP standards, and industry best practices.
Job Qualifcations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Safety, Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Nutrition, Public Health, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the food industry, food safety management, quality assurance, or food safety training.
- Must be Dubai Municipality Approved for delivering Basic Food Safety and PIC Certification Training.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, GHP, Food Hygiene, and UAE food safety regulations.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom facilitation skills.
- Ability to train diverse groups of food industry professionals.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Previous training or teaching experience will be highly advantageous.
