Job Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, and finished food products.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with company quality standards and food safety requirements.
- Verify adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), and HACCP guidelines.
- Maintain accurate quality control records, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Identify quality deviations, non-conformities, and initiate corrective actions where required.
- Support internal quality audits and food safety compliance activities.
- Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are consistently maintained throughout production.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to improve product quality and process efficiency.
- Assist in implementing continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA) within the food manufacturing industry.
- Good understanding of GMP, GHP, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a production environment.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
