Catering QHSE Officer professional in the catering or food services industry.Hiring a qualified Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Officer to join the Catering team in Ruwais, Abu Dhabi.
Job Responsibilities – Catering QHSE Officer
As a QHSE Officer in the catering and food services sector, you will be responsible for:
- Implementing and monitoring QHSE management systems across catering operations
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and UAE health authorities requirements
- Conducting internal audits and inspections to maintain quality and safety standards
- Managing food safety documentation, SOPs, risk assessments, and corrective actions
- Monitoring hygiene practices, sanitation procedures, and workplace safety compliance
- Leading food safety training sessions for kitchen and catering staff
- Investigating incidents, non-conformities, and implementing preventive measures
- Ensuring adherence to ISO standards, HACCP systems, and occupational health & safety policies
- Coordinating with regulatory authorities during inspections and audits
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in the catering or food services industry
- Strong knowledge of:
- QHSE standards
- Food Safety Management Systems
- HACCP principles
- UAE food safety regulations
- Food Safety Level 4 Certification
- HACCP Level 4 Certification
- NEBOSH IGC (International General Certificate)
- Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor Certification (ISO / QHSE related)
- Immediate availability is a strong advantage
- Arabic nationality only.
