A food manufacturing company based in Dubai Investment Park (DIP), Dubai is looking for a QC Inspector to join its Quality Control team. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Food Technology, relevant experience in the food manufacturing industry, and valid HACCP and PIC training certifications.Candidates currently on a visit visa are preferred.

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct routine quality control inspections throughout food manufacturing and production processes.
- Monitor raw materials, ingredients, in-process products, and finished food products for compliance with quality and food safety requirements.
- Perform inspections according to established food safety, hygiene, and quality procedures.
- Verify compliance with HACCP, PIC, GMP, and food safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate QC inspection records, checklists, and reports.
- Identify quality or food safety deviations and report them to the relevant supervisor or management.
- Assist with corrective and preventive actions when quality issues are identified.
- Monitor production areas for hygiene, sanitation, temperature control, and proper food handling practices.
- Support internal quality audits and food safety inspections.
- Ensure production activities comply with company quality standards and applicable food safety requirements.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in a food manufacturing or food production company.
- Valid HACCP certification.
- Valid PIC (Person in Charge) training certification.

Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 3,500 gross, all-inclusive.

Preferred Candidate
The ideal candidate is a Food Technology or Food Science graduate with 1–2 years of QC experience in the food manufacturing industry, along with HACCP and PIC training certifications. Candidates currently holding a UAE visit visa are preferred.
