Basic Food Safety Trainer wanted at a leading Food Safety Consultant Company in Dibai, UAE with PIC training and Food Industry experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver Person in Charge (PIC) food safety training in accordance with Dubai Municipality (DM) and Basic Food Safety (BFS) requirements.
- Conduct engaging classroom and practical food safety training sessions for food handlers and supervisors.
- Ensure all training programs comply with Dubai Municipality food safety regulations and international food safety standards.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assessments, and participant records.
- Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and practical demonstrations.
- Provide guidance on food hygiene, HACCP principles, GMP, personal hygiene, allergen management, and food safety best practices.
- Maintain accurate training documentation and certification records.
- Stay updated with the latest food safety regulations, industry standards, and Dubai Municipality requirements.
- Support clients in improving food safety awareness and regulatory compliance.
- Travel to client locations to conduct on-site training sessions when required.
Job Qualifications
- Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved PIC Trainer or BFS Approved Trainer who has successfully completed 3 months of BFS training and PIC Train-the-Trainer Certification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the food manufacturing, food service, catering, hospitality, or food safety industry.
- Completion of Level 4 Food Safety certification.
- Completion of Level 4 HACCP training.

- PIC Train-the-Trainer Certification is mandatory.
- FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor or BRCGLead Auditor certification is preferred. Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food hygiene, and UAE food safety regulations. Excellent presentation, communication, and training skills. Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
