The successful candidate will support the Quality and Food Safety team with day-to-day compliance activities, documentation, reporting, supplier complaint management, product registration, and Arabic label verification.

Job Responsibilities
- Support the Quality and Food Safety team in day-to-day quality and compliance activities.
- Assist with supplier complaint management, including maintaining complaint records, trackers, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain and update supplier complaint databases and ensure relevant information is accurately recorded.
- Assist with Arabic translation and verification of product labels, packaging artwork, and related product information.
- Review Arabic product information for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with applicable requirements.
- Support document control activities, including the maintenance and organization of SOPs, product specifications, quality records, and other controlled documents.
- Assist in preparing, updating, and maintaining quality and food safety reports, dashboards, trackers, and compliance records.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain quality, food safety, and regulatory databases.
- Support the monitoring and follow-up of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) with suppliers and internal departments.
- Coordinate follow-up activities related to outstanding supplier actions and compliance requirements.
- Assist with product registration activities and review supporting compliance documentation.
- Support the team in reviewing product and supplier documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Assist in preparing presentations, meeting minutes, action trackers, and other team documentation.
- Maintain organized records of quality and food safety activities.
- Provide administrative support for ongoing Quality, Food Safety, and Regulatory projects.
- Assist with other assigned tasks related to quality assurance, food safety, regulatory compliance, and supplier management.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Biotechnology, Quality Assurance, or a related discipline.
- Final-year students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Arabic language proficiency is mandatory, particularly strong reading and writing skills.
- Good understanding or academic knowledge of food safety, quality management, food regulations, or regulatory compliance is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with product information and documentation.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets, databases, trackers, and reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced retail or FMCG environment.
- Strong interest in developing a career in Quality, Food Safety, Regulatory Affairs, or Compliance.
- Must hold a valid UAE residence visa.
