Job Responsibilities
As a Trainee-FSQA, the selected candidates may receive hands-on exposure to various food safety and quality-related activities, including:
- Assisting the Food Safety and Quality Assurance team with day-to-day activities.
- Monitoring food manufacturing and processing operations for quality and food safety compliance.
- Supporting implementation of food safety and quality procedures.
- Conducting routine hygiene and sanitation checks.
- Assisting with quality inspections of raw materials, processing areas, packaging materials, and finished products.
- Maintaining food safety and quality records and documentation.
- Supporting monitoring of critical control points and other food safety parameters.
- Assisting with internal quality and hygiene inspections.
- Supporting corrective and preventive action activities when required.
- Ensuring proper documentation of quality and food safety observations.
- Following established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP).
- Supporting HACCP-based food safety procedures and monitoring activities.
- Coordinating with production and other relevant departments on quality-related matters.
- Reporting quality or food safety deviations to the appropriate supervisor.
- Assisting with maintaining a clean, hygienic, and food-safe production environment.
