Job Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and local authority requirements
- Conduct routine food safety inspections and audits across hospitality or catering operations
- Monitor and enforce personal hygiene standards and safe food handling practices among staff
- Implement and maintain HACCP-based food safety management systems.
- Identify potential food safety hazards and take corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain accurate records of food safety checks, audits, and compliance reports
- Provide training and guidance to staff on food hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Coordinate with management to ensure adherence to regulatory and certification standards
- Support compliance with ADNOC and other regulatory approvals where applicable
Job Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Food Safety, Food Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, catering, or food service operations
- Certification in NEBOSH IGC (International General Certificate)
- Food Safety Level 4 Certification (advanced level preferred)
- HACCP Level 3 Certification (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of UAE food safety regulations and compliance standards
- ADNOC approval is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in multi-site hospitality or catering operations
- Strong understanding of food safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Ability to work independently and handle compliance responsibilities efficiently
- Immediate availability or candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred
