Pure Drinking Water – Quality Controller – hiring in Ajman, UAE in a leading Pure Drinking Water company. To ensure the highest standards of water quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across all stages of production. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the UAE drinking water industry and a strong understanding of ISO, HACCP, and local health regulations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and monitor all stages of drinking water production, including raw water intake, treatment, bottling, packaging, and storage, to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards.
  • Conduct routine physical, chemical, and microbiological testing on raw water, treated water, finished products, and packaging materials.
  • Perform regular quality inspections and audits of production lines, bottling processes, and hygiene practices.
  • Implement, maintain, and continuously improve quality control systems, SOPs, and monitoring procedures to identify risks, deviations, or inefficiencies.
  • Work closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to investigate non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, ISO standards, HACCP requirements, and food safety management systems.
  • Maintain accurate quality records, test reports, inspection logs, and regulatory documentation for audits and inspections.
  • Stay updated on the latest health, safety, and drinking water regulations, ensuring the company consistently meets legal and customer requirements.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Technology, or a related water/food science discipline.
  • Proven work experience in the drinking water industry in the UAE (mandatory).
  • Minimum experience in quality control within bottled water, beverage, or food manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, HACCP, GMP, and water quality regulations.
  • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a production environment.
