Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Quality Control team in daily food safety and quality assurance activities.
- Support inspection and monitoring of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in production and storage areas.
- Help in documentation related to HACCP, GMP, SOPs, and quality records.
- Conduct routine quality checks and assist in reporting non-conformities.
- Support microbiological and basic laboratory testing activities.
- Monitor food handling practices to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Participate in internal audits, quality monitoring, and corrective action processes.
- Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of food products.
- Work closely with production and QA teams to maintain product quality consistency.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree or pursuing graduation in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related fields.
- Strong interest in Food Safety, Quality Assurance, and Food Manufacturing.
- Basic understanding of HACCP, GMP, and hygiene practices is an advantage.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment.
