BRCGS Lead Auditor will conduct third-party food safety audits, evaluate food manufacturing facilities, support certification processes, and ensure compliance with internationally recognized food safety standards.

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct third-party audits against BRCGS Food Safety Standards.
- Plan, schedule, and prepare audit programs for food manufacturing facilities.
- Evaluate Food Safety Management Systems, including:
- BRCGS Food Safety
- ISO 22000
- HACCP
- FSSC 22000
- GMP
- Other internationally recognized food safety standards.
- Assess compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify audit findings, observations, and non-conformities.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with accurate documentation.
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Follow up on corrective actions to verify effective implementation.

- Perform value-added audits that help clients improve food safety systems.
- Conduct external audits for ISO 22000, HACCP, and BRCGS certification.
- Ensure audits comply with ISO 17021 and ISO 19011 guidelines.
- Support certification decisions, technical reviews, and audit documentation.
- Maintain auditor integrity, impartiality, and confidentiality throughout the audit process.
- Keep current with changes to BRCGS requirements, food safety legislation, and certification schemes.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Agriculture, Dairy Technology, or a related discipline.
- Registered BRCGS Lead Auditor certification.
- Lead Auditor qualification in ISO 22000 / FSMS / BRCGS.
- Minimum 5+ years of auditing and food safety experience, preferably within the GCC region.
- Strong understanding of:

- Experience auditing food production and food processing facilities.

- Willingness to travel for client audits across the UAE and GCC when required.
