A leading accredited training provider in the Dubai, UAE is seeking Food Safety Instructor – Hindi Speaker to deliver professional food safety, food hygiene, HACCP, and Person in Charge (PIC) training programs across the UAE.

The ideal candidate should have relevant Dubai Municipality, Highfield International, and/or TSI approvals, strong practical experience in the UAE food industry, and the ability to deliver engaging training sessions in both Hindi and English.The Food Safety Instructor will be responsible for delivering accredited food safety and hygiene training to employees and supervisors working across food service, catering, hospitality, food manufacturing, and retail sectors.

The successful candidate will translate technical food safety and regulatory requirements into practical, easy-to-understand training for diverse audiences, particularly Hindi-speaking food handlers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and interactive food safety training programs, including:
    • Basic Food Safety
    • Person in Charge (PIC)
    • HACCP
    • Food Hygiene
    • Good Hygiene Practices (GHP)
  • Conduct training primarily in Hindi and English for food handlers, supervisors, kitchen staff, and food safety personnel.
  • Ensure training content and delivery comply with applicable Dubai Municipality (DM) requirements.
  • Follow EIAC accreditation requirements and the standards of relevant international awarding bodies.
  • Deliver training in accordance with Highfield International and TSI Quality Services requirements, where applicable.
  • Conduct candidate assessments and examinations in accordance with approved procedures.
  • Evaluate examination papers and maintain accurate candidate and training records.
  • Assist food businesses in understanding Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) and HACCP requirements.
  • Provide practical guidance on HACCP plans, food hygiene practices, and regulatory compliance.
  • Explain UAE food safety requirements and municipal compliance obligations to client organizations.
  • Adapt training methods to suit different audiences, from frontline food handlers to supervisors, PICs, hygiene officers, and food safety managers.
  • Develop an engaging learning environment using practical examples and workplace-based scenarios.
  • Maintain training documentation and records in accordance with accreditation and company requirements.
  • Support client organizations with food safety awareness and compliance initiatives.
  • Travel to client locations across the UAE to conduct training programs as required.

Job Qualifications

Dubai Municipality Approval

  • Valid Dubai Municipality trainer approval/status for relevant food safety programs.
  • Approval to deliver Basic Food Safety and Person in Charge (PIC) training is highly preferred.
  • RAK Municipality or Sharjah Municipality approvals will be considered an added advantage.

Awarding Body Approvals – Food Safety Trainer

Candidates with registered or approved trainer status with:

  • Highfield International
  • TSI Quality Services

will be strongly preferred.

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Public Health, or a related discipline.
  • Master’s degree or PhD will be an added advantage.
  • Level 4 International Award in Food Safety from Highfield, TSI, CIEH, or an equivalent recognized awarding body.
  • Level 3 or Level 4 HACCP qualification.
  • Valid Train-the-Trainer or pedagogical qualification.
  • TSI Train-the-Trainer or Highfield Education and Training qualifications will be advantageous.

Language Requirements

  • Fluency in Hindi is mandatory, both spoken and written.
  • Strong English communication skills are required for training delivery, reporting, documentation, and professional communication.
  • Ability to communicate complex food safety concepts clearly to Hindi-speaking food handlers is essential.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of practical UAE food industry experience.
  • Experience in food safety training, auditing, quality assurance, quality control, or food hygiene.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • HACCP
    • GMP/GHP
    • Food Safety Management Systems
    • Dubai Food Code
    • UAE food safety regulations
    • Food hygiene requirements
    • Food safety auditing and compliance
  • Excellent presentation, communication, assessment, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and train employees from different educational and professional backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to training records and accreditation requirements.
  • A valid UAE driving license is preferred, along with the willingness to travel to client sites throughout the UAE.

Dubai Food Safety Trainer

The ideal candidate will be a confident and charismatic food safety professional who can combine technical food safety knowledge with effective training and communication skills.

Experience working directly with food handlers, restaurants, catering companies, hotels, food manufacturers, supermarkets, or other food businesses in the UAE will be highly valuable.
