Job Qualifications

Candidates with any of the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Dairy Technology
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture
  • Related disciplines in Food Science or Dairy Science

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain quality standards across dairy processing operations.
  • Conduct routine quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished dairy products.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, GMP, HACCP, and company quality standards.
  • Perform quality checks and maintain accurate quality control records.
  • Coordinate with production teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives for product quality and food safety.
  • Support internal audits, inspections, and quality assurance activities.
  • Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices within the production facility.
  • Report non-conformities and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Contribute to maintaining high-quality dairy products that meet customer expectations.

Desired Skills

  • Strong understanding of food quality and food safety principles.
  • Knowledge of dairy processing and quality assurance systems.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, or FSSAI requirements will be an added advantage.
