Research Coordinator – Clinical Research

Hiring a Research Coordinator for the Clinical Research Department of a leading Clinical hospital in Kochi, Kerala, for Biotechnology and life science graduates. The Research Coordinator will support research projects by ensuring proper documentation, coordination, and compliance with clinical research standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical research studies and projects
• Support principal investigators and research teams with day-to-day research activities
• Collect, verify, and organize clinical data in accordance with research protocols
• Maintain accurate research documentation, reports, and study records.

• Ensure compliance with good clinical practices, ethical guidelines, institutional policies, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments, investigators, and external stakeholders as required
• Prepare study-related documents, presentations, and reports using MS Word and MS Excel
• Assist in monitoring study progress, timelines, and data quality
• Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews related to clinical research.
• Handle multiple research tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines

Job Qualifications

• MSc in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related Clinical or Health Science discipline
• 0–2 years of experience in clinical research or related fields
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Basic understanding of clinical research methodology
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
• Strong data handling and documentation skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
