Food Manufacturing Industry is looking for a Quality Control Officer in Dubai, UAE with the following:
Location: Dubai, UAE Candidates must be in UAE
Diploma/Bachelor’s in Food Science or related field
1–3 years experience in food manufacturing
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP & FSSC 22000
On-site role | Production & cold areas | Shift & weekend duty may apply
Job Responsibilites
- Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
- Conduct raw material, in-process, and finished product inspections to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Implement and monitor HACCP, GMP, and FSSC 22000 requirements on the production floor.
- Perform routine quality checks in production, packaging, storage, and cold-room areas.
- Identify non-conformities, prepare quality reports, and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate quality records, inspection logs, and documentation as per regulatory and company standards.
- Support internal and external food safety audits and inspections.
- Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices are followed by production staff.
- Work closely with production and warehouse teams to maintain consistent product quality.
Job Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in a food manufacturing or food processing environment
- Strong knowledge of:
- HACCP
- GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- FSSC 22000
- Experience working in production-floor and cold-area environments
- Ability to work shift duties, including weekends, if required.
