Sparkling Water Industry in Dubai UAE is looking for a Junior Food Technologist . A fast-growing Sparkling Water beverage company committed to developing healthier, innovative drinks for today’s conscious consumers. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates eager to gai hands-on experience in product development, food safety documentation, regulatory approvals, and inventory coordination within the bottled drinking water and beverage sector.

The successful candidate will work closely with the R&D, operations, and regulatory teams to support daily technical activities and ensure compliance with UAE food safety and municipality requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Support product development and R&D activities for sparkling water and drinking water products, including trials, testing, and validation.
  • Assist in formulation support, carbonation trials, mineral balance adjustments, and basic shelf-life and stability studies.
  • Participate in sensory evaluation and quality assessment of finished sparkling and still water products.
  • Coordinate with raw material, CO₂, and packaging suppliers to ensure specifications and quality requirements are met for Sparkling and Still water specs.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update technical documentation related to product development, specifications, and process controls.
  • Support municipality and regulatory approvals by compiling and submitting required documents for drinking water and beverage registrations.
  • Assist in label verification, ingredient declarations, and compliance with UAE food regulations.
  • Monitor and record quality parameters related to drinking water production, including basic checks aligned with food safety standards.
  • Support inventory tracking for raw materials, packaging, and finished sparkling water products.
  • Handle routine administrative and operational documentation related to food technology and production activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of sparkling water and drinking water processing principles.
  • Knowledge of food safety systems such as HACCP and GMP is an advantage.
  • Strong documentation, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a beverage manufacturing environment.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as a Food Technologist within cross-functional teams.
