International Fast Food Chain is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager with the following in Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities
- Communicates with suppliers regarding CKE quality standards and establishes relationships to maintain business continuity in regard to QA related issues
- Displays outstanding leadership skills; provides coaching, guidance, and development advice to current QA and junior staff
- Utilize all available data and experience to proactively address product compliance issues and minimize quality related incidents
- Creates and maintains corporate supplier quality and food safety standards for risk mitigation based on most current regulatory and industry requirements and/or expectations.
- Maintains and approves supplier quality documentation using Intelex software including supplier approvals, probation program, and supplier disapprovals
- Confirms product specification compliance by performing product testing and supporting the product compliance program
- Manage supplier documents for GS1-128 compliance using FoodLogiQ software
- Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements
- Communicate data regarding supplier approval and compliance monitoring
- Develops and implements annual QA objectives
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 year of experience in manufacturing or related experience
- Degree required in technical field: Food Science, Biology, Chemistry
- Must have thorough knowledge of modern Food Safety Systems: Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), British Retail Consortium (BRC) food safety standards.
