Leading distribution, manufacturing, and retail companies in the Middle East are looking for a QA Officer Compliance in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia:
Responsibilities
- Implements ISO standards (QMS 9001, FSMS 22000, OHSMS 45001) or others.
- Provide and share support, advice, ideas, and knowledge across the QA department.
- Lead Continuous Improvement and Corrective Action/Preventive Action activities.
- Manage IMS team members to develop key tasks and project plans for the timely completion of goals.
- Monitor the implementation of the policies and procedures across the organization.
- Follow up on the corrective actions’ implementation in the branches about audit reports (certification bodies).
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
- Monitor, Report and Recommend via audits and observation the best practices stipulated by official bodies such as the SFDA, ISO & SASO.
- Ensure full compliance of HSE policy and procedures.
- Perform all other related duties as requested.
Qualification
- Master’s – Bachelor’s degree with a Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Food science and technology / Microbiology science / Agricultural Science or equivalent.
- Diploma in the above subjects with a Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the food industry, Microbiology or logistics.
- English speaking and writing.
- ISO 22000 FSMS certification & HACCP certification.
