Job Responsibilities – Labelling Expert (Remote)

  • Assess scientific accuracy and depth of AI-generated responses across various biology, biomedical, and life science domains.
  • Review and validate outputs related to experimental design, methodology, data analysis, and theoretical biological frameworks.
  • Identify and correct inaccuracies, including factual errors, flawed reasoning, or gaps in biological understanding within model outputs.
  • Evaluate and benchmark model performance on advanced biological, computational, and interdisciplinary research topics.
  • Maintain high-quality annotation standards while following detailed guidelines for labelling, verification, and scoring.
  • Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the biological relevance, rigor, and clarity of AI-driven outputs.
  • Work independently and asynchronously, using proprietary tools and platforms to complete assigned evaluation and labelling tasks.
  • Collaborate with the AI research team when required, sharing insights on model behaviour and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Job Qualifications – Labelling Expert (Remote)

  • Educational Background:
    • PhD or PhD candidate in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, or a related life science field.
    • Exceptional Master’s degree holders with strong research experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Deep understanding of advanced biological concepts, experimental techniques, and scientific reasoning across molecular, cellular, organismal, or computational biology.
  • Strong analytical and critical evaluation skills, with the ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and conceptual gaps in scientific explanations.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate scientific insights clearly and precisely.
  • Experience with interdisciplinary or computational biology (bioinformatics, systems biology, biophysics, etc.) is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently, managing tasks efficiently in an asynchronous workflow.
  • Detail-oriented and quality-focused, ensuring accuracy and consistency in labelling and evaluation tasks.
