Hilton Hotels- Hygiene Executive for a Chain of Luxury Restaurants is hiring a Hygiene Executive to join Hilton Hotels in Dubai. This position is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in hotel hygiene and food safety management within the luxury hospitality sector.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement hygiene and sanitation standards across all food production, storage, and service areas within Hilton Hotels.
• Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, HACCP, and Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS).
• Conduct daily inspections and internal hygiene audits to maintain 5-star hotel standards.
• Monitor personal hygiene practices of all food-handling staff and ensure proper use of PPE.

• Coordinate with the culinary, stewarding, and housekeeping teams to maintain high hygiene standards throughout the hotel.
• Develop hygiene training programs and provide regular staff training in line with Hilton Hotels guidelines as Hilton Hotels- Hygiene Executive.
• Maintain accurate documentation, inspection reports, and support during external audits or authority inspections.
• Supervise pest control activities, waste management procedures, and cleanliness of kitchen equipment and storage areas.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Hygiene Officer/Executive in a 5-star hotel, preferably within Hilton Hotels or other luxury hotel chains.
• Must be currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining or interviews.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, FSMS, ISO standards, and Dubai Municipality Food Safety regulations.
• Experience in handling internal and external hygiene audits in high-end hospitality environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to train and supervise staff to ensure compliance with Hilton Hotels’ hygiene and safety standards.
