FSSC 22000 Certification Auditor – Dubai

FSSC 22000 Certification Auditor- FSSC 22000 Version 6 Certification Auditor to join a professional auditing team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on auditing experience within a Certification Body, in-depth knowledge of FSSC 22000 V6 scheme requirements, and proven expertise in conducting Stage 1, Stage 2, Surveillance, and Re-certification audits.

This role is ideal for food safety professionals with a strong background in Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), international standards, and accreditation compliance.

Job Responsibilities -FSSC 22000 Certification Auditor

• Conduct FSSC 22000 Version 6 audits, including Stage 1, Stage 2, Surveillance, and Re-certification audits, across food manufacturing, processing, packaging, and related sectors.
• Perform audits in compliance with FSSC 22000 scheme requirements, ISO 22000, ISO/TS 22002 series, and applicable IAF and food safety system accreditation body rules.
• Evaluate client Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) for effectiveness, conformity, and continual improvement of certification in the food industry.
• Identify, document, and communicate non-conformities (major/minor) and provide objective audit findings supported by evidence.

• Prepare clear, accurate, and timely audit reports in line with certification body timelines and documentation requirements.
• Maintain professional, impartial, and effective communication with clients, technical reviewers, and internal certification teams.
• Ensure full compliance with certification body procedures, ethical conduct, confidentiality, and impartiality requirements.
• Support audit planning, scheduling, and follow-up activities as per scheme rules.
• Stay updated on FSSC 22000 Version 6 updates, food safety regulations, and international certification developments.

Qualifications -FSSC 22000 Certification Auditor

• Minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience in food safety, quality assurance, or auditing as FSSC 22000 Certification Auditor.
• At least 20+ completed audit man-days specifically in FSSC 22000 Version 6 audits.
• Mandatory experience working with a Certification Body as fssc 22000 lead auditor certification.
• Qualified and approved FSSC 22000 Version 6 Auditor, meeting all scheme competency requirements of FSSC Certificate.
• Strong working knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), FSSC V6 and international food safety standards.

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently while maintaining audit integrity and professionalism.
• In-depth familiarity with ISO 22000, ISO/TS 22002-1, ISO/TS 22002 series, and related prerequisite program standards.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple audit schedules, travel requirements, and deadlines efficiently.
• High attention to detail and commitment to certification excellence.
