  1. Preheat the Convention oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Cook the fresh pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  4. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, dried oregano, and dried basil. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.; checking the internal temperature.

  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

  6. In the same skillet, add the marinara sauce and stir well. Simmer for 5 minutes to allow the flavours to melt together.

  7. In an Aluminium based packaging material bake tray, spread a thin layer of the marinara sauce. Place half of the cooked pasta on top.

  8. Slice the cooked chicken breasts into thin strips and arrange them over the pasta.

  9. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken.

  10. Pour half of the remaining marinara sauce over the cheese.

  11. Repeat the layers with the remaining pasta, chicken, cheese, and marinara sauce.

  12. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.

  13. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.

  14. Let the chicken-baked fresh pasta cool until final packaging.

  15. After final packaging; it can be cooled to +5 degrees Celsius with 3 days shelf life OR frozen to -18C with 6 months shelf life.
