Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Editor SEO Content at FoodTechSafety. The Editor SEO Content will be responsible for managing content, editing, web content writing, writing, and conducting research related to food safety and food science.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and edit content across multiple platforms, including website content, landing pages, email marketing, and social media channels.
- Create and update various marketing collateral such as flipbooks, eBooks, datasheets, and brochures.
- Coordinate branding strategies, including the development of names and logos for individual solutions and product suites.
- Assist in creating and executing product launch strategies to effectively introduce new products and services to the market.
- Manage and distribute customer newsletters, ensuring consistent communication and engagement.
- Develop, coordinate, and manage advertising campaigns and marketing activities across different channels.
- Write, distribute, and secure positive placements for corporate communications, including press releases.
- Establish and manage standards for corporate communications, ensuring consistency in templates, letterhead, and overall messaging.
- Develop and manage customer surveys to assess customer attitudes, needs, and concerns, and leverage this data to refine marketing strategies.
- Use CRM applications for customer segmentation, market analysis, and targeted marketing initiatives.
- Utilize marketing automation platforms to send newsletters, webinar invitations, and campaign-related emails.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the agricultural industry and Ever.Ag solutions and services to ensure relevant and targeted communication.
- Coordinate with event management and oversee digital printing processes, working with outsourced printers when necessary.
- Provide sales support, including the creation of PowerPoint presentations and other sales materials.
- Offer internal company support for projects such as internal newsletters, communications, and other duties as assigned.
- Other responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (an agriculture-focused degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital copywriting or a similar role.
- Experience in the agricultural industry is essential.
- Experience with agricultural public relations is preferred.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, CMS (WordPress), Marketing Automation (Marketo), SEO, word processing software, spreadsheet software, publishing software, web tools, email, and common internet applications.
- A portfolio of relevant writing samples will be required during the interview process.
