Sustainable Farming company in Riyadh , Saudi Arabia is looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor with the following Food Safety experience:

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise quality assurance procedures in line with sustainable farming practices to ensure all produce is packed according to specifications and customer standards.
• Monitor traceability systems throughout the packing and dispatch process to support quick recalls when needed, in compliance with sustainable agriculture traceability protocols.
• Oversee inventory management in raw material and finished product storage areas, ensuring alignment with sustainable resource control methods.
• Ensure cleaning checklists are maintained for both food and non-food contact surfaces, supporting environmental hygiene standards in sustainable farming operations.
• Enforce personal hygiene policies and return-to-work protocols to protect the safety of sustainably grown produce.

• Perform regular checks and maintain controls for foreign body prevention (glass, hard plastic, sharp tools, etc.), aligned with QA standards in sustainable production environments.
• Verify product weights and packaging accuracy per customer and sustainable labeling requirements.
• Confirm calibration of temperature probes and verification of weighing machines at the start of production, ensuring equipment reliability in sustainable processing setups.
• Ensure labeling, packaging (inner and outer), and product release criteria meet sustainability-focused customer requirements.
• Conduct regular shelf-life testing and generate reports to monitor the freshness and safety of crops grown through sustainable farming methods.
• Generate weekly quality control reports and execute action plans to maintain sustainable quality standards.
• Deliver QHSE training based on the company’s sustainable farming training matrix.
• Integrate health, safety, and sustainability programs into operational systems.
• Manage QC sample collection and ensure proper packing in line with testing protocols.
• Maintain document control for the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance in a sustainable agriculture framework.
• Administer the central documentation system, ensuring accurate version control and timely distribution of sustainability-related quality documents.
• Collaborate with the QHSE Technical Manager to share required files and support quality and compliance initiatives in the sustainable farming process.
• Participate in other quality and sustainability-related projects as assigned.

Job Qualifications -Sustainable Farming QA

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Environmental Science, or related discipline, preferably with a focus on sustainable farming or sustainable food systems.
• Minimum 3 years of quality assurance experience, ideally in a sustainable agriculture or greenhouse environment.
• Strong understanding of sustainable farming practices, greenhouse protocols, and eco-friendly crop management systems.
• Proven ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision while ensuring high ethical standards and food safety.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong ownership mindset with a “safety and sustainability first” mentality.
• Competence in managing QA documentation and maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English; mathematical proficiency required.
• Flexible, resourceful, and self-driven with a results-oriented, “do what it takes to succeed” approach.
• Experience in conducting training and audits in sustainability, HACCP, and QHSE programs is a plus.
