Job Responsibilities
- Lead Quality Control Operations:
Oversee all quality control processes across production lines to ensure product consistency, safety, and compliance with internal and external standards. - Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure full adherence to international and local food safety standards, including ISO 22000, HACCP, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). - Quality Audits & Inspections:
Plan and conduct routine quality audits, in-process checks, and inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished goods. - Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA):
Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to continuously improve quality performance.

- Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of quality parameters, test results, deviations, and corrective actions in compliance with regulatory requirements. - Training & Team Supervision:
Supervise, mentor, and train junior quality control personnel to maintain high performance and ensure compliance with SOPs and quality protocols. - Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with production, procurement, and R&D teams to resolve quality-related issues and support new product development from a quality perspective.
Job Qualifications
- Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related discipline. - Experience:
Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in quality control within the food manufacturing industry, preferably in FMCG environments. - Technical Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of food safety regulations, quality control systems, and relevant certifications such as ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP. - Leadership Abilities:
Demonstrated experience in leading and developing quality control teams, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. - Attention to Detail:
Ability to identify inconsistencies, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure high levels of accuracy in quality checks. - Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively report quality findings and interact with internal and external stakeholders.
