Senior Quality Assurance Inspector position at a leading Food and Beverage Division to join in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role is critical in ensuring that all products and processes meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing comprehensive inspection routines, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and enforcing adherence to our Quality Management System (QMS) across all production phases.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and verify compliance with established quality assurance protocols across all stages of production, ensuring adherence to Agthia’s QMS and regulatory standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process items, and final products to confirm conformity to predefined specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Document and report quality incidents, deviations, and non-conformities; lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans.
- Develop, update, and manage quality checklists, SOPs, and inspection records in collaboration with QA Supervisors and Managers to ensure standardization.

- Support internal quality audits and participate in the evaluation of operational processes to ensure ongoing compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Carry out regular inspections of production and warehouse areas to verify compliance with hygiene, safety, and environmental health standards.
- Monitor logistics operations, including random checks on trucks, to ensure proper hygiene and protective measures during product loading and distribution.
- Prepare and maintain daily quality control reports, including batch inspection records, positive release documentation, and trend analysis data.
- Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement, food safety, and regulatory compliance throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a quality assurance role within the food and beverage manufacturing sector, with a preference for experience in beverage production.
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and food hygiene regulations.
- Proven expertise in food safety systems, quality inspection methods, and documentation practices.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct root cause analysis, implement CAPA strategies, and drive compliance initiatives.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
