Restaurant Quality Assurance Supervisor position at a leading Restaurant Chain in Dubai UAE iwth the following :

Job Responsibilities – Restaurant Quality Assurance Supervisor

Compliance Support and Execution

  • Assist in planning and conducting annual compliance audits and inspections across UAE branches and franchise outlets.
  • Review and follow up on monthly compliance reports and franchisee performance metrics.
  • Ensure personal and team adherence to all internal quality assurance and compliance protocols.
  • Support franchisees in maintaining alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Compliance Management

  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance and compliance frameworks across the franchise network.
  • Monitor the quality and safety of products to ensure compliance with both regulatory and internal standards.
  • Track and report franchise adherence to food safety regulations and operational protocols.
  • Coordinate with franchise partners to address and correct any deviations from established standards.

Auditing and Inspection

  • Conduct internal audits and inspections across franchise locations and production units.
  • Document audit observations, prepare detailed reports, and verify that corrective actions are implemented promptly.
  • Support external audits conducted by regulatory authorities or third-party certification bodies.
  • Approve raw materials and ingredients for use in operations after ensuring safety and compliance.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify gaps in current quality assurance practices and recommend improvements to processes.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and recurring issues, and support root cause analysis initiatives.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving product quality and operational compliance.
  • Ensure that all central production units (CPUs) and restaurant branches are HACCP certified and maintain the necessary certifications.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of compliance activities, audit findings, and quality performance indicators.
  • Prepare detailed reports on compliance status for internal review and management reporting.
  • Ensure that all documentation complies with regulatory requirements and company quality management standards.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or compliance role, preferably within the restaurant, QSR, or franchise industry.
  • Proven experience in conducting audits and managing compliance programs.
  • Strong understanding of local UAE food safety regulations and international standards.

  • Required certifications:
    • HACCP Level 4
    • ISO 22000 Lead Auditor (preferred)
  • Proficient in quality management systems and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and work effectively across teams.
