Restaurant Food Safety chain in Dubai UAE, is looking for a Food Safety and Hygiene Manager with the following:

Job Responsibilities -Restaurant Food Safety

  • Develop, implement, and monitor food safety and hygiene policies in accordance with UAE regulations and international standards such as HACCP and ISO 22000
  • Conduct internal audits and hygiene inspections across various operational sites
  • Identify non-conformities and implement effective corrective and preventive actions
  • Lead and deliver food safety and hygiene training programs for staff at all levels.
  • Promote a strong food safety culture through continuous awareness and education
  • Coordinate with operations, quality assurance teams, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance
  • Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management
  • Keep up to date with changes in food safety laws, industry standards, and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B, hospitality, or catering industries.
  • Professional certification in HACCP and ISO 22000 or equivalent food safety management systems,
  • Strong understanding of UAE food safety laws, regulations, and inspection processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
