A Dairy Products Manufacturing Company in Abu Dhabi UAE is looking for a Quality – Team Leader for the Manufacturing Unit:
Job Responsibilities
- Production Management:
- Oversee the milk intake and dairy product processing operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Manage production schedules and workflow to meet internal customer requirements.
- Ensure all production processes align with product specifications, quality, and safety standards.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance:
- Ensure strict adherence to international quality standards such as ISO 9000 and HACCP.
- Monitor and control process parameters to prevent non-conformities.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain zero non-conformance in production.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and manage a self-directed, multi-functional team in daily operations.
- Train and develop team members to enhance productivity and performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
- Process & Efficiency Optimization:
- Utilize automated process control systems to enhance production efficiency.
- Minimize process losses by implementing best practices and process optimization techniques.
- Conduct regular performance analysis to identify and resolve bottlenecks in production.
- Safety & Hygiene Compliance:
- Ensure all operations comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and risk assessments to prevent workplace hazards.
- Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and training programs.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of production, quality, and safety reports.
- Generate performance reports and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding production targets and challenges.
Job Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Experience & Skills:
- Experience in dairy processing or food manufacturing in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9000, HACCP, and other international quality standards.
- Proficiency in automated process control systems.
- Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced production environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in spoken and written English.
