A premier fresh-Fruit distributor in Dubai, UAE is hiring a Quality Supervisor with the following:
Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Conduct thorough inspections and audits of finished goods to maintain product quality.
- Perform regular testing of products to ensure they meet safety and quality requirements.
- Identify and address any quality issues promptly and effectively.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to quality control processes and inspections.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures and standards.
- Collaborate with the production and procurement teams to ensure the highest quality of raw materials and finished products.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes to continuously improve quality control processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control within the FMCG industry in the UAE.
- Proven expertise in quality control procedures, including finished goods checks, testing, and conducting inspections and audits.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to quality control.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.
