Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: PG in Science / Diploma in Alcohol Technology

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect grain quality and perform sensory, GC, chemical, and microbiological analysis
  • Monitor fermentation and distillation process parameters
  • Conduct trend analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, FSSAI, FSMS, and ISO 22000
  • Maintain QC documentation and records
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Follow safety, environmental, and shift operation requirements.
