A Fruits and Vegetables FMCG Trading Company in Dubai UAE is looking for a Quality Controller with the following:
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and evaluate incoming fruits and vegetables to ensure they meet quality and freshness standards.
- Monitor production and packaging processes to maintain compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO).
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to meet customer specifications.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed quality reports, inspection records, and non-conformance logs.
- Conduct root cause analysis for product defects and recommend preventive measures.
- Train and guide production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
Job Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in FMCG Fruits and Vegetables
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Skills & Knowledge in a Fruits and Vegetables setting.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in quality control tools and MS Office applications.
- Certification in HACCP or ISO.
