A leading dairy and juice company in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Quality Control Technician with the following:
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control tests and procedures in the lab
- Follow production schedules and ensure timely processing
- Maintain and calibrate lab equipment
- Record and analyze test results accurately
- Ensure compliance with food safety and microbiology standards
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
Qualifications
- Good analytical skills
- Familiarity with lab work
- Knowledge of the dairy and beverage industry
- Basic understanding of microbiology and food safety
- Ability to work in shifts
- Fresh graduates in relevant fields are welcome to apply.
