FMCG Industry in Dubai UAE is looking,ing for Quality Control Specialist with the following:
Job Responsibilities
- Implement, monitor, and maintain quality control procedures across all stages of production, from raw material receiving to finished product dispatch.
- Conduct routine product sampling, sensory evaluation, microbiological checks, and physical parameter testing to ensure products meet established specifications.
- Inspect incoming raw materials and packaging materials to verify supplier compliance and reject non-conforming items.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety systems including HACCP, GMP, ISO, and internal hygiene protocols.
- Monitor critical control points (CCPs), operational prerequisite programs (oPRPs), and maintain accurate documentation for audits.
- Conduct hygiene and sanitation inspections of production areas, equipment, and personnel practices.

Audits & Inspections
- Perform daily line inspections, in-process quality checks, and final product evaluations to identify deviations or non-conformities.
- Participate in internal audits and support external audits conducted by regulatory authorities, certification bodies, or customers.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze QC test results, production data, and quality trends to identify recurring issues and recommend preventive and corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate reports, inspection records, deviation logs, and batch documentation as per company and regulatory requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Production, QA, Maintenance, and Procurement teams to resolve quality concerns and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in troubleshooting process-related issues and ensure timely communication of risks to management.
- Support the development and implementation of new QC tools, quality standards, and SOPs.
- Contribute to product development activities by providing technical insights and quality feedback.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of quality control experience in the FMCG sector, preferably within food or beverage manufacturing.Strong understanding of HACCP principles, GMP practices, ISO standards (e.g., ISO 22000, ISO 9001), and other regulatory food safety guidelines.
Hands-on experience in sampling, testing, inspection, and product evaluation in a food manufacturing environment.Knowledge of production processes, CCP monitoring, equipment sanitation, and hygiene requirements.Ability to identify quality issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining accurate documentation and reports.Willingness to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
