A nutritional products manufacturing Company in Victoria, Australia is hiring a Quality Assurance Manager with the following:
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conducting audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and investigating issues.
- Providing technical and training support to the production team.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with quality standards and regulatory requirements, such as HACCP, ISO 22000, and FSANZ.
- Experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in leading and managing quality teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Experience in UHT processing and sustainability practices is a plus.
- Certifications in quality management systems are desirable.
