Quality Assurance Assistant- Bakery

A Bakery Production Industry is looking for a Quality Assurance Assistant with the following Bakery Food Safety experience:

Job Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) in accordance with GFSI standards.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Develop and manage FSMS documentation and records.

• Provide training and guidance to staff on food safety practices and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
• Address and resolve food safety issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or Microbiology.
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar field, with experience working with GFSI standards.
• Experience in FSMS documentation.
• Food Safety Level 4 certification.
• Training skills or experience in providing food safety training.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Preferred male candidates for this position.
• Salary: AED 3,000.00 per month (Total Package).
• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
• Quality Assurance experience of at least 1 year is preferred.
