A Bakery Production Industry is looking for a Quality Assurance Assistant with the following Bakery Food Safety experience:
Job Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) in accordance with GFSI standards.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Develop and manage FSMS documentation and records.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on food safety practices and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
- Address and resolve food safety issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or Microbiology.
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar field, with experience working with GFSI standards.
- Experience in FSMS documentation.
- Food Safety Level 4 certification.
- Training skills or experience in providing food safety training.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Preferred male candidates for this position.
- Salary: AED 3,000.00 per month (Total Package).
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
- Quality Assurance experience of at least 1 year is preferred.
