A leading Tea Manufacturing Comapny in Dubai,UAE is hiring Quality Analyst with the following:
Responsibilities
- Carryout Inbound inspection of material as per SAP and release material on time
- Collecting relevant information from the suppliers to ensure compliance to company and industry standards.Maintain relevant suppliers and materials’ dashboards updated including SAP.
- Perform internal audits according to the relevant ISO Standards. Analysis of material related issues, identify the root cause, support to generate actions and if necessary, raise SNCR and follow up with supplier to close the actions and then verify the effectiveness of actions.
- Conduct Blend Analysis and provide results on time. Conduct Semi-Finished Goods lab testing and perform evaluation of results.
- Ensuring that the finished goods and in-line products comply with agreed quality standards.Update the required dashboards with results from checks.
- Generate and release COA on time.Analysis of Quality and Food safety non-conformances, help MTQ team to identify the root causes.
- Generate, maintain, and release the relevant required analysis reports.Perform the required testing in the lab as required.Support in implementing actions and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Understand, implement, and monitor/measure the PRPs, OPRPs, CCPs and escalate in case of any deviation.
- Conduct verification of quality control sensors, process interlocks, CCP, OPRP and PRP and record.
- Participate / lead improvement projects, apply Lean Six Sigma/ Problem Solving tools and apply them in practice in improvement projects. • Conduct handover as per the FMOS charter.
- Prepare and conduct the JTM Preparation meeting as per the Forum charter and close the assigned actions on time.
- Support to implement the GMP related initiatives.Support external Audits of IMS and FSMS
- Support team and coach operators on QMS, FSMS, GMP, SOPs and work instructions including production operators and technicians.Report Quality GMP incidents and meet the monthly targets.
- Report Safety Near Miss incident, Unsafe condition and Unsafe act and meet monthly targets.Maintain 5S in Quality lab.
Qualifications
- Quality principles and Basic Food Safety,Packaging material knowledge
- Documentation and data logging,MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Top of Form Relevant Experience
- 5 – 6 years of experience in a manufacturing company known for its strict safety and quality standards, preferably in the Food and Beverage industry.
- Quality and Food safety Management System and Factory and laboratory experience (preferable)
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
