Facilities sevices Industry in Dubai, UAE is looking for a QHSE Officer with the following:
Job Responsibilities – QHSE Officer
The QHSE Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with QHSE policies, statutory regulations, and international standards across all operational sites.
- Implement and monitor QHSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices across facilities management operations
- Conduct HSE inspections, risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety audits on-site
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE laws, Dubai Municipality regulations, and client requirements
- Promote a strong safety culture through regular toolbox talks, safety briefings, and employee awareness programs
- Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain and update HSE documentation, records, permits, and reports
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001)
- Coordinate with operations teams, contractors, and management to ensure safe execution of all activities
- Assist during external audits, inspections, and certifications
- Monitor PPE usage, emergency preparedness, and site safety compliance
Job Qualifications
To be considered for this QHSE Officer job in Dubai, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline
- NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory)
- IOSH / OSHA certification is an added advantage
- 2–3 years of experience as a QHSE / HSE Officer in Facilities Management or similar environments
- UAE or Dubai experience preferred
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations, risk management, and ISO standards
- Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
