QC Executive , Quality Controller – Food – vacancy at a leading Food Manufacturing Unit in Kerala, India with the following – Food Technology, Biochemistry or Microbiology experience:
Job Responsibilities
As a QC Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of product quality and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Your key responsibilities include:
- Preparing syrups and batches required for production activities.
- Conducting quality checks, analysis, and proper documentation for both incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods.
- Monitoring and verifying quality parameters during the production process as well as for finished products.
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards of both the products and the manufacturing facility.
- Preparing and maintaining production-related documents, reports, and quality records.

- Supervising personal hygiene practices, factory hygiene, and coordinating with the housekeeping team.
- Performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for non-conformities and ensuring effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Training, guiding, and monitoring production executives and plant personnel to follow quality and hygiene protocols.
- Implementing Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) procedures as per company policies, food safety standards, and industry regulations.
Job Qualifications
- B.Tech/M.Tech – Food Technology
- B.Sc/M.Sc – Food Technology
- B.Sc./M.Sc – Microbiology
- B.Sc./M.Sc – Chemistry
- B.Sc./M.Sc – Biochemistry
- Detail-oriented with a strict approach toward maintaining product quality and compliance with company standards.
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), Good Housekeeping Practices, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Analytical and logical thinking ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced production environments.
- A proactive, adaptable, and learning-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and supervisory skills to coordinate effectively with production and quality teams.
