Responsibilities

promotes Quality and Food Safety awareness across the Nestle Professional Business.
Quality at point of consumption, handling of vending machine, pre-qualification and verification assessment of vendor, complaint handling, training & coaching of beverage solutions operations team, food safety & quality requirements related to Food Business, Supply Chain and Business Development streams of NP)
Coaches factories in the field of food safety (HACCP, auditing, hygiene, pest control, chemical contaminants, microbiology food safety).
Conduct pre-qualification and verification assessments for NP vendors
Supports MENA-QM on FSMS audit in factories
Audit the FSMS of the canteen service provider in NME HO and UAE operations, & engage key contacts in both units with regard requirement related to GI 31.717 Safe Food for Personnel in Nestlé Establishment.

Qualifications

University graduate or equivalent in food science.
Demonstrated competence in their specific field to support business requirements:
Team member in a factory: Quality, Production Support, Application.
Team member in the quality department of the Market, PTC/R&D, Centre, NRC, NQACs.
