A Food Analysis Lab in Kerala India is hiring a QA Executive with the degree in Food Technology and following:
Job Responsibilites
- Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory standards.
- Document and maintain accurate records of quality control activities, test results, and deviations.
- Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for identified issues.
- Coordinate with production and R&D teams to resolve quality-related concerns.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for internal and external audits.

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.
- Knowledge of food safety standards such as FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, etc., is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
