An Organic Food Produce Company in Bengaluru, Karnataka is hiring a Food Quality Executive with the following:
Job Responsibilities
- Perform QA/QC documentation and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Conduct daily quality checks for incoming and outgoing raw materials and finished products.
- Prepare and maintain QC reports as per company and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and monitor quality and food safety processes across operations.
- Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA) and ensure compliance with domestic and export laws.
- Carry out product analysis in line with production and process standards.
- Monitor in-house laboratories and manage customer/consumer complaints effectively.
- Visit and audit vendor facilities for quality inspections, sampling, and supplier development.
- Develop and validate processes for new product launches.
- Perform online quality checks during production and maintain proper records.
- Oversee quality control for agri-food commodities and processed food products.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech) or Master’s (M.Sc.) in Food Technology or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant work experience in food quality assurance, food safety, or QA/QC.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, GMP, and quality standards.
- Ability to conduct market research and support new product development.
- Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for vendor inspections and audits.
